Broadcaster David P. Stone talks about his move from WSM Nashville to KSTP St. Paul and his experiences as the developer of the Sunset Valley Barn Dance. Discussion includes the 1937 Louisville flood; his move to KSTP; the start of the Sunset Valley Barn Dance; experiences traveling with the Barn Dance road shows; memories of Barn Dance performers; the Barn Dance's move to television; and comments on the factors leading to the end of the show.
